Squatchers dyno runs are probably not as far off as they appear. A 650cc engine is 39.65 cubic inches, 720 is 43.92 cubic inch. A strong stage 2 should make close to 55hp on the dyno, thats 1.4hp per cubic inch. If nothing else is changed but the cubic inches of the engine then the 720 should make 61hp, maybe a little less as a small engine is always more efficient when it comes to hp per c.i.
If jetting were slightly off or the extra cc's over came the intake port then his peak number could easily be only 2.5 hp up. To really make hp numbers climb you have to have a very efficient cylinder head and high rpm.
All this being said, the feel of the bike would be way better as the torque range and over all hp would be better from idle to wide open. A 6hp gain over all is a big change, I went from 46hp to 52hp on my bike and it was night and day difference.

Sandman,
I'm not a mind reader, nor do I go to bed at 8:30pm. Ask me what you are looking for and I will tell you. The only dyno I have done to my DS was at 4SW, and most guys know what those published numbers were. I have not dynoed my quad since. Did you want my dyno numbers from 4SWs?
