Well,

Finished all the mods and had the bike tested at Firebird Raceway in Phoenix.

Results: 102.50mph

**Total Cost: 2295.00 for mods**

Can't wait for the Dunes Now but will have to keep it in storage due to the high-temps out here but I'am looking forward to roosting the competition this year at Glamis and Buttercup.

Sounds like the kit Ron sent you is different from the kit I got from him. Mine sucks big time.

Well I gotta say that it wasn't easy putting on the "Stage 1 "Easy-bolt on kit" I had to call Ron up and let out a loud SSSHHHH#$$ but Stage 2 was easier. There are some differences on some of the kits, I bought mine from a dealer that had some extras and that also lacked the twist-throttle so yes there are some differences.

Hey I had to laugh when someone told me about the video they got with there DS650 hahahahahahahah I was all excited when I got my bike and because it was night-time when I brought it home, I popped in the video expecting to see "The DS650" but what the h#ll shows up....a guy on a scooter or whatever running out onto the road waving everyone else across...hahahahahahah talk about disappointment...oh well.

Guess this means the front end is still "pressed" to the ground......still a fun ride though.

Why dont you just shut up and get off the site ****. I think everyone is tired of hearing your crap.

For your info with just the stage one kit and different gearing you can achive 100mph.

chrism101,

As everyone can attest to, I am far from one to slam or rip on someone (usually). But, you are simply nothing but a pest and must face reality...

I must admit, you must be a mental midget! Ok, let's introduce something you haven't used yet...LOGIC!! Ok now, bear with me here, I know it looks and sounds tough...You have 50-60 horsepower and your saying it won't achieve 100mph!? Christ son, you are a flat out idiot, most superbikes don't have much more HP than that and they will push 160mph+ mark! And don't even try to introduce weight into the equation..100 lbs only reduces your speed .10 seconds in the 1/4 mile.

Do us all a favor and take your uneducated, biased, pompous self somewhere else (perhaps the playpen at McDonalds, at least there you may find someone you can relate to on an intellectual and social basis).

AZDS650,

Could you please list all the modifications you've done to your DS including setup? Gearing, tire size, were you using the accelerator pump, etc?

Thanks and good job!

Right On!!! I have to say that you are the man. How is the bottom end on your DS? Usually bottom end is sacraficed for top end. If you found a happy medium with that much top end rock on and kick some but!!! later_
