after working on the NOs and getting that going, i asked gary to ride his 770. we were racing each other on a slight incline. the machines were - pami 760- 720- stage 2- the 770 has a lot of power down low and off the line it will go very hard, well the results were it ran as fast as the 720 with the 15 hp shot of NOS. the results varied from rider to rider. the thing i notice the most is after a few mods the rotax needs to be shifted at higher rpm's short shifting causes to much delay. the MSD shift light is pretty nice it is about 10 LED bulbs and it will definitely let you know when to shift.

the nitrous was on my quad, we never raced the 770 against the 720 NOS the bench mark machine was the pami 760, it is a full race head 760, slightly faster than the 720, gas for gas with a 80 pound heavier rider, turn the nos on and it was 5-7 quads faster for the 720. the 770 on NOS might be hard to control, well should i say stop. i know why jeff has had a few stopping problems, you don't realise how fast you are going. the big difference with the machines was how fast you could get off the line. the actual excelleration was pretty close. the few banshees that came by left after a run or too. Sounds like a good time was had by all. I wish I could have seen that. If I could afford it, I'd be right there with you guys, but it's just not in the cards right now. Be careful out there. Endo's are not pretty!

I know what you mean about that Nitruos holshot!! Samcoeds was spraying his 703 PAMI this weekend, first it was 20 shot. I could stay pretty close to him with a 10%mix. then he went to 35(i think) that thing took off like a bottle rocket it got out of the hole so fast the race was over before it started. But he pushed it to much,and found the limit on his piston.LOL! Heck he'll be back in a couple weeks with a new and improved piston/ring setup shooting 50+ if I know him. LMAO!
