won't start
my 01 ds wont start. when I hit the start bottun It just clicks. I tried to pull start it and it still would not start. does anyone have any ideas

have you tried charging the battery yet? Ive herd that the battery needs to have a charged battery to get spark.

99% probability that it is your battery- take it over to auto zone and have them load test it, You could also jump start the bike from your car or truck if it starts right up guess what?

a car battery will be to many amps for a motorcycle/quad. you run the risk of cooking you regulater/rectifier or cdi.

Check you fuses too.
Start at the easy ponts. Fuses, battery and starter connections, etc. |

Rectifier.....tap it slightly with a haller or blunt object
