You can order tires directly from Skat Trak, 23's, 24's, 25's whatever with whichever paddles you want. They are pretty slow however.
not only are they slow (it took them over a month to reply to an email that i sent them), but they are more expensive directly form skat trak. all of the dealers i contacted had a lower price than the price i was quoted from skat trak

Did I forget to mention that Skat Trak is slow and hard to deal with? oh and extra $$$?
I have dealt with them to come up with a very custom tire-paddle configuration and once to see if they would give a discount to repaddle some haulers on which the paddles failed, that one took 3 months.

What size rim do the 22 skats go on I see 10" x 8" everywhere
