what do you all think of holeshot tires
I was wondering what you all think of the holeshot xct tires. I am thinking of buying a set of 22x11x9 rears and 23x7x10 fronts. Do they hold up well? I do most of my riding on gravel roads and highways and the occasional gravel pit and trails. I want somthing that hooks up well and will also last me a long long time. Right now I still have the original kendas on it but after 5000+ miles they are getting bald. Oh ya they will be going on a 2001 ds 650. Please let me know what you all think. Thanks

They won't work on a Honda thats why they can't keep air in them.
Just kidding bout that. I run them on mine because I found a set really cheap ($25 for both back tires!) I don't ride it hard enough to tell if they are better than others but we do ride around a lot of brush and rocks and I haven't had a flat yet. Now watch today I'll go home and have four flats just for saying that!

I'll be honest, some of the Holeshot's I've had did leak, albeit slowly. I could air them up, and they'd hold air for a few day's, then slowly go down. As far as performance is concerned, they are the best I've used. Actually, my favorite rear tire, performance wise, is the stock Ohtsu that came on the 250R, 400EX, and now the Baja. My only complaint with them is, I could ride over a wet tea bag, and get a flat.
