Bro you think that you have it bad try Florida. The riding is great, super fast trails, and some sh$tty ones. But the catch is that within our whole entire state we really only have two places to rids. Crooms, and Ocala. "legally anyway". If you even attempt to ride Crooms you will be right along with the other 5,000 people on any given weekend on about 90 acres. At least you have a place to ride. But just like you, I really want to try that sand one time, just to say I wow a whole week and I didn't even have to replace a a-arm. DONECRASHED
At least you have two open areas to ride at !!!
Here in NJ we have two places also.. they are MX tracks ONLY and one is $50.00 a day or $300.00 year and legal place #2 is open only Sundays and that is iffy cause if there an event that goes on in that area it doesn't open.
NJ sucks for ATVing. At one time he had a crapload of places to ride but they are dwindling down and each year I see more and more ATVs on the back of trucks being hauled to some destination.
Sometimes I ask myself why do I invest in these machines.... maybe its time for a crotch rocket.

Move the Phoenix Az. The biggest dune riding area is 4 hrs away. Flagstaff in 2 hrs away. The beaches at San Diego are 6 hrs away. The beaches at Rocky Point Mexico are 5 hrs away. We are second or third in the nation for boat registrations as we have a lot of lakes here. Lake Havasu 4 hrs away, Lake Powell 6 hrs away.
The heat is not as bad as humidity, not even close. I'll take 110 degrees any day over 90 degrees with 90 % humidity. No bugs at here either! There are so many riding trails on public land that our biggest decision is which to ride, not were to find a place to ride. We have forests and snow on the eastern half of the state, so you can still ride through trees.[/quote]
