400 series from BRP?
Okay here we go again,
I was at my dealer today (4 quarts of oil=$26.00!)
and he tells me he is going to a dealers meeting this weekend for the unvieling of the 400 series ATV.
He said he would return Tuesday and let me know what he saw.
I asked about the "400 series?" He said he didn't know what it was just that it was in the 400's.
So, I will relay what I hear. Unless you hear first that is!!

well unlike the post above mine...... bla, bla , bla. thank you mudnuri for the post. i love hearing every bit of info the rumor mill has to offer. keeps me on my toes awaiting the next big thing. i know everyone is sick and tired of hearing this and that and not seeing results but i will keep fantasizing[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

400 series from BRP?
I know I probably should have just kept my mouth shut - But you have to admit, we keep hearing this and nothing happens. I suppose someday they will come out with something. I'm just tired of dealers that keep saying it, and dont have anything to deliver - thats what I mean when I say BLA BLA BLA.
The 450 market is already getting saturated - By the time BRP comes up with something, I doubt it will be ground shaking. In my opinion, it will be like when Suzuki came out with thier Z400 - Alot like a 400EX, some mild improvements, but nothing earth shattering. If they came out with a 2 stroke 450, now that would be worth the wait. I wanna see leap frog developments, not something to simply catch up. The DS was E A R T H S H A T T E R I N G in 2000, and Bombardier lived up to thier slogan, follow no one. It took Yammi years to catch up with something decent like the 700R. Lets see if BRP can do it with the 450. - Just dont hold your breath.

Funny, I said the same thing to my dealer...bla, bla, bla!
He said "No really, I am going to the unvieling this weekend where I am going to get to ride it. I will call you from there."
I said "okay, here we go again!"
So, I will eat s if I am misled.
As far as earth shattering I just want a skinnier quad that has as least as much umf as the 450's ! :-)

WHY???? Dang........do yourself a favor and shop around. I buy Rotella T synthetic for $14 a gallon.
