Man if I were to get my Raptor to be street legal id be getting tickets left and right.I used to have a it250 that I made street legal. The laws were different back then and it was possable unlike nowadays. There was nothing like riping down the street on that 2 stroke endero. As for the Ds goes I loved my Ds but as for riding it out here in Ct. forget about it.The trails are way to tight for the beast. The Raptor is the perfect quad for me but if I lived where the dunes were id still have the Bomber.

There is a man up in Altoona PA who has a street legal 87 yamaha banshee. You can actually order street legal parts out of an ad in the 4 wheel ATV action magazine. He actually has a website to order parts.

Ordering parts, and getting your bike registered in your state are two completely different things. In June, ATV Action did a cover story on a street legal warrior owned by Mike Stewart in Portland OR.
Bottom line is, the state is trying to recind his street legal status and he is fighting hard to retain the right to ride on public roads. Before you spend a bundle on the parts to modify your bike, do your homework and be sure that you can register your bike in your state.
Word to the wise!

DS650DAVE,
Does Rausch Creek have any trails like T-city or is it just the MX tracks? Any hills?? The website isn't very clear about this. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't mind making mine street legal. You need to be street legal to ride on most of the forestry roads and on the beach in this state.

The DS already has the mirror holes for two rear view mirrors, although the right side one is covered by a bolt for the front brake lever.
