Try gearing it down.

you can keep your 22's on and just drop the front sprocket 1 tooth, and that will be almost the exact same as the stock gearing setup.

Thanks for the advise, this forum helps, its sweet to here there are people out there having the same problems as i am

This forum is indeed great.... saves others from making mistakes, and if there is already a problem, 99% of the time someone has had the same problems so can diagnose via the symptoms.
Another option besides dropping your gearing, is to add more power |

More power, is not an option.......It is an obsession

Well my wallet limits my obsession...lol Otherwise my ds would be a ds (gsxr) 750! I dont see a reason to mess with the stock motor when you can have the reliability of another STOCK motor that puts out well over 100 ponies

roost i was wondering if you had any recomendations on what i could do to add more low end power to my ds with a w/b exhaust and 22 razr's and also what you run in jetting as your in the same area as i am
thanks matt |

If you havnt done so already, best thing you can do is to drop your gearing (stock front sprocket is the cheapest/easiest to change, stock is 16) especially with your 22 inch tires, a 14 tooth (what I prefer for 22 inch tires) or at least a 15 would work.
As far as jetting goes, I used to run the WB but dont remember exactly what I ran, but I know with my HMF on the stock carb I ran 175 Mikuni main, 45 pilot (42.5 probably ideal but I couldnt find one) and I ran the needle on the 4th clip down from the top, with fuel screw about 2 turns out. |
