Sandbomber, what kind of after market case's are you using on your 20mm stroker?

Craptor 700 or YFZ 450 with a ton of money ties up in suspension and swingarm improvments!

 

If I had been asked that question a year ago I would have said the YFZ 450. But now I would probably say the Raptor 700R. I see the things coming out for it, and I am pretty optimistic about that quad. Of course, theres the new (not yet released) Suzuki 450 - But I cant really vote for something I have not seen with my own eyes.

I find it interesting that we have the "I would have this or that", but added to that is "I would add this suspension or adjust this, or change this to match the ride of the DS." My question is based off the original, but if the DS did not exist, and you did not no how nice it was to ride the dunes on the couch....would you still spend that money on comfort parts, or would the go faster parts still be a priority???

It would have to be 700 raptor, Banshee,kfx 700....It I would most likly go with the KFX 700...

My problem is I have a pretty much love/hate relationship with most of the production quads. Without the ds I would have to say it would be a rapto700 with some elkas all around and a couple small mods. Or I could possibly see myself on a 450r with shocks and some engine mods. I just cant stand yfz's! They have great power but for the probably 5 hours ive put on my buddies I dont like any of them (and they are all in different stages of builds...mx-trails all kinds of power but its no good if your not comfortable on it and it tires you out after 20 mins). The predators were ok when I rode them...just dont care for polaris much due to seeing way too many issues in the past. The v-force would be my 3rd choice just for the power options. I cant stand auto's on a sport.
