1990 Suzuki LT-500 - almost as long, almost as wide, almost as comfortable, 50hp stock, on a much lighter chassis.
Next would be a Banshee.
These are the only two bikes made that I could easily enough ergonomically modify to fit my extremely tall frame.

I don't have a DS, but I don't know what I would buy if I was buying a quad just for me again. Just off of the top of my head I would like to own either the 700R, Z400, LTR450, or 450R. There is just to many choices these days, and there will probably be more to come. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

Long story short, went to buy my retirement present, a Predator 500, saw a Sand Pig not quite hiding in a corner,[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] hopped on her and the rest is history. Have had three since.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
If it didn't exist, I think the Outty Max with my old lady on the back would be the way to go,[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] but if the VTwin 800 DS were a reality it would have to be that, or the DS1000.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]
I did see one fastazz V Force at Dumont over the weekend that got me to thinking.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

My wife rides a 700R. It is the nicest quad I have ever ridden except for my DS. The first thing I would do is put a +4 swingarm on it and long travel A-arms with high end suspension for a plush ride. Lets see, $7k for the 700R, $2k for the suspension mods......... $9k to own a stock motor Raptor that rides like a DS.
