I was just wondering has anybody ever hit a deer, cause I hear people ripping on loud bikes and all. My bike ain't loud now that I have a new 4 stroke quad and I'll be damn if they aren't jumping out in front of me now. Never had that problem with them loudass 2-strokes.

 

I have never had one just jump out in front of me....but I have ran few down....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

 

LOL. I do the same but only with cats!!!

 

LOL - I have chased them for a good 10-20 minutes (never gets old [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] ) and had a small doe nearly get its legs taken out by my pig but never actually hit one before.

 

I find ever since i got this INSANELY loud yoshimura pipe...i dont see anything when im riding...nothing at all... they all run away as soon as they hear the big ds screeming. But yea ive had a couple close calls going over 120 down the back roads at night time...but have always avoided them. With our old ski-doo however i have hit one going down the gravel road( when it was pure iced over)...didnt do nothing to the sled the deer took a tumble got up and took off.

 

My front tire of my dirtbike had a run in with my cousins big dog once. I was obviously tring to avoid it. But we locked up and I was thrown. I think it mostly scared us both.This dog looked like a bear from a distance. It had dreadlocks and all and it took me down.

Lucky as far as the deer go I guess. SO FAR

my buddy hit a cat one time and he had no front fenders and it shot the cat up on his lap the cat was flippin out and tore him up

Here in Minnesota we hear of ppl hitting deer even on sleds, so yes it can happen. I just hope when I'm out riding I don't hit a moose or a bear that would be worse.
