Default Pheonix bros Dual exhaust

Im not sure if my photo page is up yet, but i listed a bunch of pics of my dual exhaust i made. also have a close up of my battery relocate. stainless front headers and nickel/aluminum ducati 650 streetbike slip ons. Not up yet but Ive heard rumors of some other duals coming out shortly. I just hope these companys dont want double what the singles cost. WOW

interesting have you fired them up yet? did you do them for noise? looks like the carb isn't on yet does everything clear good? let us know how the noise is where i ride they frown on loud machines.

Looks real nice Phoenix. As nice as you can get.
I wish had room under my F650 fendor for something like that.

Aprillia Pegasus 650 has single exhaust into 2 mufflers which is real similar to BMW F650, where as mine is dual exaust into single muffler.
That's always an alternative later if my single muffler's getting too hot. I'll keep an egt on muffler to monitor.
Pegasus exahaust systems are $1100 though, so I'll definitiely be thinking of alternatives like you did.

Congradulations, class job! Thanks for the idea and let us know how it tunes out.

Default Pheonix bros Dual exhaust

I have fired it up its very quiet probably about 90 decibles. I ride at winchester bay allot and it will definatly pass the limit.It is actually quityer than my old fmf slip on. my carb is off cause i was going to change the jetting. I just reasembled the quad had it powdercoated. anyone else have duals what jetting are you running i have a tm45. thanks for the feedback
