HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!
 

I just wanted to tell you guys Happy Mother's Day on a day that all of the mother's should be recognized for being stedfast and unwaivering through the tough times past and present. I do realize that some mother's are not with us any longer and some have yet to become mother's as well. But just rest assured that all things happen for a reason and just stand proud knowing that she was and is the greatest asset to a family. I dont want to ever take for granted my great wife who is also a mother as well and of course my mom. Just thought I would take a moment for us to come together as the great forum family we are and reflect back on some of those fond memories and glean forward to a bright and prosperous future.

I remember numerous times when my mom worked out deals with me so I didn't have to face my dad after I had screwed up. She demanded results but I was pretty sure I was getting off easier than if dad found out[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

After I was grown I found out my dad knew about most or all of those deals. lol They were using good cop, bad cop on me and quite successfully to.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

She never gave me a pass when it was necessary for me to learn something........but she often gave me a pass when she knew I had already learned my lesson, but just made a mistake[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I sit here thinking about those times and based on the love and solid parenting my mom and dad invested in me, any successes I have in my life, I owe them profoundly for the tools they gave me to achieve those successes. Any failures I have in my life only come from my choice not to use those tools[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

hey buddy nice rite up. i just had to thankyou for the happy mothers day greating you sent out. i have been called a mother fffer so many times im starting to believe it. as you all can tell im feeling a little bit better. sorry man i just had to do it. the forums would not be the same without my clown responses. take care.

Thanks for the comments guys. But I just thought it would be nice to reminense of the times (good or bad) in which the mother's of our lives have played a part. I know that I take my wife and my mother for granted far too often. Im guilty of letting it pass as just little things. But in reality its those little things that will haunt us to our grave.
