Good question. But I don't think you'll get an answere, because there is'nt any profiles of what you want done. As of now all we know is that you want 12.5-1 comp, the other things need specs. But I would say that if all that work is top notch and specs are high than I would say it is deff. possible.

depends on the size of the bore and the quality of the port work, but i'd say 80 hp is pushing it if u are talknig about the trinity 734 kit. i'd think more around 65ish

still 65 is pretty descent for what i do so i believe i would be satisfied.... besides i think with me 80 hp would be overkill... well then again i guess you cant really ever have enuff on these .... but anyways thanks for the help

get those 65 hpppp and then add another 20 or so with a shot of the laughing gas, i bet that thing would fly. you can never have too much horsepower

I would tend to agree with what has been said already. 80hp seems a little high for just pipe, piston, and porting. 65hp seems resonable. Do they add cams as well? I would think the addition of cams would easily put you at 65 with the correct porting. What is the base line for the 700r?

80 on Trinitys dyno could be 55-60hp on another dyno- since dyno's are not universally calibrated equally and setup is varied from operator to operator and machine to machine the results can be misleading. Once again a dyno is a great tunning tool. You will definately see power gains with the changes you are thinking about, my question is, what software is available to upgrade the EFI and what injectors are you planning on running? I believe stock 700 injectors max out around 60-65hp on gas and you don't want them running 100% duty cycle.

Trinity claims 27 hp gain from their fuel management system which i believe includes injectors, their pipe and intake, race porting, cam and the big bore kit...........all at 12.5:1 compression. A piped 700 seems to be running from 47 to 50 on the high end on most dyno tests. Subtract about 6 hp because you can't count the pipe and intake twice and you have somewhere between 68 and 71 hp. Based on those mods I think those would be reasonable numbers..........except that it is Trinity that is giving them out. They are always very optimistic about their own products. I would be disappointed if I got 55 hp and ecstatic if i got 65 out of this kit...........assuming a bike that dynos in the 41 - 44 range stock.

I agree with Majorecho about the subjective nature of dynos. Great tuning tools but that is about it

see thats the thing i never really got into highly modifing my warrior... what i used to have... i put full exhaust intake and gotit rejeted thats the thing so im not really up to speed on cams and stuff but on this bke i want it to set out from the rest of the crowd... obviously thats not an option with the way you gys are setup but here the folks around here tend to slightly modify but i am goin to the dunes for the first time in august im goin down to the outer banks in north carolina to see how i like it... but back on track... what should i do and what should i not do.. i mean if i put cams and get it punched out and all the goodys how badly will it affect the reliablility of this motor... plus most of the time i am in the trails but when i want to go i want to know that no one can touch me.... bye the way thanks to all of you for your help i feel like a total greenhorn here so thanks for being patient.....
