there is the threaded thing with the bolt that you have to spin off then the brake hub should just slide off

 

I believe it will only come off the axle when it is in one position. I have had the same trouble a couple of times when taking mine apart. Just keep rotating the hub and tapping it with a dead blow hammer. Once you find the magic spot it will pop right off.

 

Ya I finally got it off, just hammered the axle until the hub was forced off the seal. Wow, if only I had realized it was just a seal stopping me, i've been stuck for quite sometime now.
