No idea but, if intake manifold - check your Mass Air Flow sensor. Maybe it is dirty. What's your air filter look like? Check your air intake to make sure it is still connected and no leaks on your air intake.
If you find something, it will probably take about 6 starts before it will clear.

Mass Air Flow Sensor is on the intake tube after the filter and before the intake manifold. It has wires going to it.
I've heard of guys having issues with them (especially if you have a K&N type filter (oils get on them I guess).
Delicate so, when you pull it be gentile. Disconnect the wires and then pull the sensor. From what I hear you can spray carb cleaner on it to clean it up a bit.
This doesn't sound like your issue. Sounds like you've got an issue in you intake manifold or your throttle body.
