depends what kind of riding you do, like me i would go chassis first, i ride alot of tight windy trails in the woods. engine first if i would ride alot on the dunes! thats just my opinion!

Oh com 'on if theDS was around 360lbs stock, the power to weight ratio would be awsome, then go do your 65 plus HP kits that quad would handle so much better in the dunes! I thought some one here posted a for every lbs lost a gain of so much HP does any one know the conversion? Text HP/power weight ratio

If I had to pic the most bang for the buck it would be carb then swingarm, 99% of the guys out there agree cuz I have taken a lot of orders in that order LOL

Carb, swingarm and drag axle is VERY hard to beat in terms of bang for the buck.
