I've had an account request in there for probably a year, but I see the moderators making posts recently. Any one know what the heck is going on over there? I would love to get in on some of the threads.

 

It can take a bit. I had similar problem few years back when I got my ds. Similar to your post here, I did the same as you and posted the question on another forum and within a week I was given access.

Wish there was more action on the forums on the ds. such a great quad and it's kind of a shame the online fan base is diminishing. Def some great info on that site though.

But back to your question, I'd be very surprised if they've stopped allowing new members to join.
