Guys,
I was riding my DS today. It was really warm & I don't think the fan on my DS came once. Usually it seems too. Could a relay or something be out on my fan? The redlight only lit up when the key was on & the motor off, so it didn't say it was over heating & it didn't seem real hot. Yet, I've had the fan come on when it's been cooler out.
any ideas?
maybe I worry too much ?

thanks,

Go for a short ride, let it sit idleing for a few min. the fan should kick on because it will heat up much faster not moving. If it does not you have a problem, I think if there is a problem with the relay, the red light will stay on.

yes, I think you do have cause to be concerned, the fan on the DS is built for medical applications (stationary applications)and not for a 500lb machine that sails thru the air and over whoops at 60 mph. There is a vibration issue that will eventually catch up with most agressively ridden machines
