I loosened large nut and slid it all the way to the left, and then slid disc brake over to the left enough so I could slide the axle to the right. The problem I am having is getting the sprocket hub to slide to the left so I can get that little clip out. Does'nt the sprocket hub have to slide off the right and then the axle goes out the left. I would appreciate any help.

The sprocket and sprocket hub stay on the axle.the axle goes out the right side.once the lock/adjusting nut and brake parts are removed it should slide out.you may have to tap the end of the axle.

I need to get the sprocket hub off so I can put a dura blue axle on. I can't get the disc hub to slide off either.

once the brake caliper is removed the brake disc/hub should slide off.they do come off a little hard because there are o-rings under the hubs.carefully pull or pry the hub and it will come off.the sprocket hub is a press fit.i used a press and pushed the hub to the left just enough to gain access to the snap ring.remove the snap ring and press the hub off the axle on the right side.

IF the disc hub gives you any problems just leave it on and when you tap the axle to the left,i use a large dead blow hammer, the disc hub will come loose.

ezwheeler has it right. The brake hub will come off with a few taps, but the sprocket hub needs to be pressed off. First to the left to remove the clip, then off to the right.

I got the sprocket hub pressed off, but it is real loose on the dura blue. I don't think it can go anywhere. Everything aftermarket never fits right. I have been fighting my new timmy boy swingarm for hours trying to get it on. I guess thats what you pay the big money for.

Mine was the same.the sprocket hub was a slip fit instead of a press fit.i put some medium strength lock tite on it but should not be a problem either way.keep an eye on the adjusting nut.mine kept coming loose until i used lock tite on it.
