I have been looking into adding some power to the new baja and have noticed that the Ron Wood stage one comes with a 45 mm carb.

I am curious if a carb upgrade on a basically stock engine with just an exhaust, and filter change is worth it.

So, what do you guys think, is it worth adding a new carb?

Does it add much power to a stock engine?

Any info is appreciated
Bat

You will get better throttle response and pick up some more mid range power. The top end will be about the same. To get more top end you will need new CDI, HD valve springs, high compression piston and cams
