DS Brakes?

Do the brakes shoes on the DS not last very long?My rear brake has started making a grinding sound,and is draging my DS down on a forward motion,and I think it's my brake shoes. It want do it when pushing it backwards,just forwards.Have any of you had to replace your brake shoes yet?Is that what it is?If so,how much are brake shoes for the DS? Thanks for any help.

http://www.rockymountainatv.com/ has the rear pads in Kevlar for $19.99 and metal for $22.99. They also have the front pads.
