Default HELP ASAP, carb problems!!!!!!1

Well we took apart the carb on our 01 DS to clean and put it back together today. Went to start it up and the hose coming out of the bottom of the carb(stock carb) has gas pouring out of it, i thought it was just a drain hose because my 00 has the same hose with nothing coming out of it. Also the quad doesnt want to start up. It will idle on full choke but wont rev up very much and a bunch of stuff coming out of the exaust, even some tiny flames coming out of it. We are leaving for glamis tomorrow so please give me some advice ASAP. THanks, Sean

Well,
The tiny flame or popping while reving, could be a fuel shortage..running way lean.
Sorry Sean,I am out of town or I would say come by and take my old stocker...
Jeff.

Gas coming out of one of the hoses, aren't they vent hoses? (sorry haven't looked at the stock carb for a while) could be a stuck float, some POS in the needle seat
