Default Has this ever happened to anybody?

See but the thing is when I gave them my bike my clutch was fine never had a problem ... when they gave it back to me the clutch was really messed up and it was because they disconnected the shaft thing somehow and he lied and said how my clutch plates are "worn and worpped" but the clutch is fine and it feels like it did the first day I got it.

For engine parts I found that the BMW dealers are cheaper and faster.

clutch baskets aren't that much there $67 from tvi so the 600 was a bit high,but it sounds like they lost a good customer

sounds like the tech replaced the clutch cover and didn't install the actuator level mechanism correctly. What I would do is have your friend write up an invoice for the repair that he made that shows that you paid him in cash. Then take it back to the dealer and make them pay for the mistake that the tech made (which is a commonly accepted practice). Then if they don't, take them to small claims court for the ammount of the original repair that they screwed up. Beleive me, you are not doing anybody any favors if you let them get away with this. They shouldn't have had you pay for anything.

I think that you should tape gerbils to your thighs and run throught he dealership naked!

I already tried the gerbil thing already I almost got arrested but I out ran the cop.
