Stalled and don't know why!
 

I was going down a long hill (about 200yds and real steep) so I was engine braking all the way down. At the bottom it just stalled and I had to pull the choke out half way to get it started again. When I got it one the trailer which was only about 100 ft away from the bottom of the hill I noticed gas coming out of a hose up by the radiator. When I got home it started right up without the choke several times and seemed to run just fine. What is up with this?
I posted a thread where just the opposite happened. I was powering up a steep hill and it seemed to lose power at the top. After cresting the top it ran without incident for the rest of the day. Does anybody have any clues?

your floot is skrew up. you carb might not be level?

I've never touched the floats. Do they just go out of adjustment? I only have about 15 hours on the bike.

may be a grain of sand in there if no one else has any ideas try cleaning the carb.

You also said you had fuel in the vent line hose from from fuel tank. That blocks the vent. And stops gravity flow to the carb. So check that to.
