....but, I've never bought a ATV, or any machine for that matter, from a dealer, and not get everything I need from that dealer. Raceway should be doing the work for her, and make sure she is well taken care of for her troubles.

I've been in contact with Raceway this afternoon. It's my understanding they have contacted her, and are working on resolving the situation.

Notice I said "looks similar to". I wasn't implying that the designs were the same. Besides, I was looking at his avatar which is pretty small. :-)

This is absolutely ridiculous lydiaenciso. You have every right in the world to be angry. I will contact Eugene and get his side of the story and get back to you. Scooter, thanks for getting a hold of Raceway and lets hope they over nite the paper work to her.
The other thread will be cleaned up and returned later. Its a lot of work throwing away all the trash.
FYI - I'm still here 3/6/09 with no registerd atv for a purchase made in December! While there is the possibility that Jetmoto lost my paperwork, but for 3 months??? That's are real bummer as its probably something simple wrong. However if you have to pull the engine to fix it thats not good. Have you been able to track down an ATV shop that works on these units?
I know a lot of the mainline dealers are afraid to work on them. But really they are no diff. then a Yamaha if its the Jianshe engine in there. I can't remember did you talk to Jetmoto if they have any insite into it.
