Hi i parked my sons quad yesterday ran fine starts right up 2006 200 cc ZS163fml86501544 jumped on it today and nothing it just cranks over took plug out no spark any info on this be great he appreciate it too

fixed it turned out motor mount bolt was really loose tightened up started right up guess its important to tighten bolts regulary

Welcome to the forum rfa42! :)

Weird that a motor mount bolt being loose would keep you from getting spark...maybe it was the only engine ground? Or maybe you hit a wire or 2 while tightening the bolt and the wire is where the short is? If it happens again Id look over your wires real closely...a loose wire connection on my 125 Jetmoto kept the battery from charging early in its life.

funky after i pulled it all apart again removed all the tape i pushed that orange kill button in lol and it starts other i have some serious shorts or maybe just maybe i have a running bike , went out rip seemed fine question thou on that back sprocket the bolts are coming loose can we put lock tight on them will that stop them from coming loose

Yes I would put blue loctite on them
