New Project: GIO Mini-Hummer 110cc

Guys, picked up a 110cc for $200. Gonna clean it up and paint what needs painting. Thinking Orange/Black combo.

Tried to decode the VIN but it's not decoding. Any luck? VIN L5NATMCT27T058165

Weird, googling the VIN says Tao Tao Hummer but it has different bars.

Gio Mini Hummer is an exact look.

Ordered a Mikuni PZ19 Carb and Gas Cap off eBay together costing me $35 shipped.

Drove it around my pool just to make sure everything works before the disassembly.

Gonna see if I can get to look semi close to the pic above.

The alarm on these things are a crack up. Sounds like I am arming my full size truck.

Disassembly and painting begins. Plus, finding out what the quad needs before being safe.

While your ordering parts find yourself some rear swing arm bushing. They wear out pretty quick and seem to be hard to find. Also check replace or get spares of the front so called ball joints. They are a metal on metal and wear quick. Also adding a grease zirk to both areas will be a good help in making them last.
