Default Battery Issues (2018 TaoTao 110cc)

We recently got our son a TaoTao 110cc quad for his birthday, which was about a month ago.

Since then, I have gone through two batteries. With a new battery, everything seems fine for a few days until the battery goes dead and will not take a charge. Even I left on a charger overnight. I can push start it, and it runs like normal but once the engine is turned off, it will not start again. Install a new battery, and it is good for a few days until the new battery is dead/bad. I have even completely removed the battery and the machine will run if push started.

Any help would be great.

I have tried to contact TaoTao and get no answer or response to voicemails I have left.

Why contact taotao? contact the dealer you purchased from. Have you checked for a draw ? i have heard of the remote shut down box causing this issue. If you are drawing the battery completely dead you need a old school battery charger not these new ones as they will not charge a completely dead batt.

Unfortunately, I purchased it online through Amazon and TaoTao's customer service is awful!

The charger I am using is really old. When connected, shows the battery is charged. I don't get it. I just checked the battery and it is showing 13.xx volts.

Yes, they are working and the solenoid clicks. I'm not sure about the other time because the solenoid did not even click then.

Im pretty sure the solenoid will still work with the safety feature engaged it just cuts the spark if the brake is not pulled. First double check that your brake is actually tripping the brake light both hand and foot brake. My foot brake failed on the second ride. Have you used the remote for anything? Possible you shut it down with the remote and its still in shut down. Try pulling the remote box it may have failed. Work the on off switch on the bars i have had them fail lots and never use them for that reason i just use the key. Check and make sure you have spark..
