I think I am going to put a set of Titan 589's on the rear of my King Quad. (25x10x12) Does anybody have any suggestions for different front tires? To the best of my knowledge they don't make the tires size i need for the fronts in order to get a comlete set of 589's. I would like a more aggressive front tire(like the 589's) but I don't want to get anything like vampires or anything with that aggressive of a tread pattern. The stock front tire size is 24x8x11. Most of my riding is done during hunting seasons and on the trails but I also want to be able to ride my machine all winter without having and huge traction problems. Any suggestions?

Thaks for the help......

I dont know if they make them in the size your after, but how about the Titan 489's up front?? They appear? to look abit better than factory Dunlops as far as tread design?

I did look at the 489's for the front but I wonder if the tread is that much better than the stock tires. I wonder if it would be worth the money to put a new set of tires on the front, traction wise that is. Dennis Kirk has 489's for about $75. I could spend that $150 on something else too.

Well, You do have a point there! They (489's) may not be that, much better!?

If you buy Titans, check out Rocky Mountain ATV first. They are a lot cheaper (like $45 for the biggest 489). I don't think Dennis Kirk charges shipping, but the difference is still in Rocky Mtn's favor. They also carry 589's as well.

Another place to check on Titan's is Cedar Rapids Tire. That's where I got mine, much cheaper than dennis kirk. Their website is

Thanks for the suggestions fellas, especially thanks for the websites. I am coming to realise that Dennis Kirk is way overpriced.
