I can get the Moose Lift for $64.00.
I was just wondering if the Highlifter is woth the extra money.

I posted that a few months ago. No responses at all. I don't guess anyone here has a Moose lift. The highlifters are about half the cost of what they used to be. That was a lot of money for just a few pieces of steel. For $15, I would get the Highlifter lift just because it has been tested and in use. At least you have something to go on, though they may be the exact same things as far as what they are made of.

Cabela's is now selling lift kits, though the prices are substantially higher than HL. They're starting at $120 and run up to $220. I don't know what the kit consists of, as it various from machine to machine, and after emailing Cabela's about this issue, I still haven't heard. The wrote back and asked what model 'Cat I had and if I had bolts, or studs for the wheels, as that made some difference in which kit. They're supposed to compare it to the HL kit, then get back to me. Thing is, somebody said that Cabela's is now a dealer for HL, so I'm interested to see what they have to say.

Also, somebody posted on here not too long ago, probably within the last couple weeks, a list of exactly what you need to build your own lift. Does anybody remember this, or what post/forum page it was on? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Thanks,

Mike
