Installing spring spacers?
#2
Frist only do one side at a time. Jack up your 600 take one of the wheels off. Next take the tierod loose and unbolt the axle nut so you can slide the axle out. Then take off the top nut on the shock tower. You will need some good spring compressors to compress the spring. After you have the spring compressed take the top nut off that holds the spring. You are now ready to slide the spring off. Install the spring spacer and reverse the instructions above.

You must be talking about the rubber coil spacer from polaris I have them and don't recommend them. They do help a little with the sag but I still had the tires rubbing with them on. I made some spacers to go under the spring installed the and soved the tire rubbing issue.

check out my gallery and the "my photos" link in my signature for some pictures of the spacers I made. I got all my specs from Brent (sportsman70003) when I was making my spacers. thanks again Brent. I tried the polaris rubber spring spacers, actually I put two of them on each side and the measurement from before and after with the plow in the up position was the same. in other words the rubber spring spacers did nothing for me.

do you want to lift your machine for ground clearance ,or looks. if you use spring spacers all your doing is preventing you suspension from its full travel and overloading the springs it. if its looks thats ok . but if you want lift, ground clerance you actually have to lower your strut housing.
