Default rear disc brakes for golf carts?????

Anyone know of a kit for rear disc? I've built an EZGO golf cart with a 433 Yamaha snowmobile engine and Kawasaki bayou front frame clip, the bayou has front disc brakes and I want rear disc to operate off the same master cylinder because I'm having a hard time making the rear drums that are cable operated to work with the hydralic front. I'm using a rear master cyl. from a Ninja and built a bracket to operate it with the cable brakes but it's not working good enough to stop this bad boy. Any ideas? Please help!

that`s awesome. my dads buddy was thinking about putting his ski-doo engine in my yamaha golf cart but my my mom didn`t like that idea. that thing must haul. i`ve got a stock engine in my golf cart, goes 20mph which is fine, but never use it since i got my big bear. sorry nothing about disc brakes.

you may be able to use the highlifter disc brake conversion kit for the Hondas or a brakes from a snowmobile for the parts you need.
