What's the stronger aftermarket wheel?, ITP Delta steel or ITP C-Series 5

I want to get 25" Maxxis Bighorns for my BF650. I'm debating whether to just put the new tires on the stock wheels or if I should replace the stock wheels with either the Delta steel wheels or ITP 5's, which are aluminium.

How much stronger is the Delta than the 5? Is the Delta much heavier also?
