ITP 589's or Mudlite XTR's on Grizzly-Need Help?

I know this has been talked about before but just can't seem to decide between the two. I am looking to get a set of 26's for my Grizzly 660. I ride mostly on gravel roads wooded trails, and enjoy the snow alot. I enjoy going through the mud when riding with friends just to play around, but it isn't a big part of our riding, but I still want a tire that I will be able to hang with the best of them when I need to. I want a tough tire, and have heard great things about the 589's durability but don't know the PLY of the 26" XTR's or how well they hold up over a period of time compared to the 589. I am leaning toward the XTR because I would like to try a radial tire but would appreciate any advise.

Thanks,

I got the XTR in the 14" rim and 27" height. Should be sweet!

I've used both of those tires, and have had one flat on a 589, no flats so far on the XTRs.

The XTRs work a little better in deep snow.
