Hey, does anyone know how to take the governor off a 2011 prairie 360?

 

2manytoys is correct. For one of those junior bikes, the throttle has a set screw in it, just crack jamnut and back the screw out to increase max speed....(well to change position of throttle stop anyway)...suppose to help kids learn to ride in their early days by restricting the power output. check out this link if its still not sure. easy fix!!
