WHAT TIRE??

 

If your not riding a ton of mud, The XTRs or Swamplites are the best choice. Personally, i love the Swamplites. They have proven well in EVERY terrain. They arent the best at mud, but they are good, and i havnt got stuck to no return with them on yet. They pull through snow and rocks very well. They are very durable, and excellent hardpack tires. The only downfall is if you ride tar alot, they will wear faster. But who likes to ride tar?

 

Check "MudGear" tires from www.nebraskatire.com, They are very reasonable on price. The tread pattern is close to the "Dirt Devil's" but have a deeper tread depth (on 25" tires TD is 3/4")

Also check TBC "MudCats" from www.tiresunlimited.com, They too are reasonable on price. And the tread depth is great on a 25" tire it is a full 1".

buckaroo50, i have been looking at getting a set of (4) 26-12's for my foreman. I really liked your pics and it was the first time I had a chance to see the tires on a bike. I was wondering why you didn't go with 26" tires instead of 25's. Something I should look at? Also, why did you go with mudgears up front instead of mudcats all the way around. Both tires looked great on your bike. Thanks................
