How do they perform regarding the traction, noise and wear?

I have to mention that I have about 10 miles of asphalt road to the forest that I ride most of the time, so that's 20 miles of asphalt roundtrip. How will the mudzillas perform on it, and how about the tear and wear when riding on asphalt?

no tire will hold up to its potential riding 20 miles every ride on black top. as far wearing they wear very well.

unless you are riding mainly in mud you are wasting your money on mudzillas, they greatly decrease your performance because they are the heaviest tire out on the market right now,even heavier than outlaws. Plus they ride extremely rough, but they would last a long time, but not on pavement

Thanks for the advice... I will then buy Maxxis Bighorns to ride everyday, and have the Mudzilla's in-stock ready for some mud and snow conditions...

As I browse to purchase tires online, it's intresting that a local dealer in Serbia charges $280 for a carisle tire wich cost $55 online... For the price of a single cheapest set of tires in Serbia ($1,120) I can buy Mudzillas and Bighorn sets, pay for the shipping and still save money...

Mudzillas are a good MUD TIRE, but for your rides, I recommend you the kenda bear claws, the dirt devil original or dit devil II, or the maxxis big horn.

I think you have the right Idea.... I plan on getting 26" Bighorns for my Quad and Mudbug or Mudzillas as a mudder tire... for now my next tire is going to be the bighorns

Thats what i done, i have a set of 27'' swamp lites for trails, and a set of 28'' outlaws for mud

I answer to your question 'zilla's' stink on the trail. They are noisy, wear quickly, harsh riding and they don't grip much of anything except mud. If you ride mostly hard surfaces then why do you want a mud tire? The tires that came with your ATV will probably be as good as any for a general purpose tire. Everything is a trade off, if you want a tire for a specific reason chances are you will have to give up something or at least compromise.
If you want a little more aggressive tire that wears like iron then MudGear will probably provide that. The tread design is close to 'Dirt Devils' (rated as one of the best all around tires), but with a little deeper tread and more aggressive side lugs.

Set of 4 that are 25" will run about $230 delivered. Not bad at all. I have them on the front of my machine. They work good on about any surface, what makes these tires stand out is the durability and the side lugs.
