Slipping gears

Same problem have mine torn apart no wear on the gears but my engager is not going all the way into wear it needs to be

Hey, I just bought a 2005 and I'm having the same issue, any chance anyone has figured it out and is still active? But my quad is fine in forward if you constantly push the shifter forward, any thoughts?
