Chinese quad shocks too stiff

Hey guys, not sure if this forum is a good place to ask, but I thougt i'd give it a shot.

So, just got into quadding, a little bit. We have an 02 Polaris Sportsman 700 twin we acquired a year ago for plowing the driveway, and just recently picked up a used 2014 Feishen fa-n550 2 up quad, with 78 original kms,for going out on the trails occasionally. We are not by any means, all out quad people. We have only taken both quads out for the first time on real trails to drive about 10kms last weekend. We have driven it around a bit more, and its sitting at 102.6 kms right now

Now my question is, the chinese quad's shocks are so stiff that you can't even drive it properly. All it does is bounce you around you get tired of driving it. You go over a little bit of terrain that is rough and it bounce and jolts you around so much, you have almost no control of the thing. The polaris however, rides like a rolls-royce compared to the feishen.

I did read up on shock pre-load adjustment, and also looked for compression dampening adjustment on the shocks. But only the rears have pre-load adjustment, and thats it. I just wanted to know if there was anything that can be done about the stiffness. When parked, you can try and push down on the back/front but it just bounces kind of, the shocks only "dampen" when i stood on-top of the rack, and my dad was pushing down simultaneously with me. We got it to bottom out the shocks like this, probably for the first time in the atv's life lol. The polaris on the other hand, you push down on the back of it with one foot and you can bounce it up and down.

Any ideas?
