How to adjust Honda Trx300 4x4`s transmission
#2
You can't adjust the transmission.
I assume you mean "adjust the clutch"??????????
There is a screw and lock nut on the right side engine case. Loosen the nut. Turn the screw COUNTER CLOCKWISE until you feel slight resistance. Then turn the screw back in one quarter of a turn. Hold the screw from moving with a screw driver so that it doesn't move when you tighten the nut back in place. That's it.
If it's no better, then you eiher have to replace the shoes in the centrifugal clutch assembly or replace the friction discs in the clutch pack, OR both clutches.
