Is it possalbe to get a better cv's and where?
for pulling biger tires thanks for your help!!!! |
i think i heard something like that at a site called www.gorilla-axle.com

When you change your stock tire size to oversize tires you change the angle of your universal jounts. They are not made to take that type of angle stress. So many people that have changed to bigger tires just ripp thier machines a part just to gain 2 inch's of ground clearance. Its to bad the company that sold you the tires don't put a warning on whats going to happen or what could happen. But they don't.

However adding a lift kit does change the angles. Going to larger/more aggressive tires does create additional stress. And so does a lift kit. I've heard gorrilla axles are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, however I've also heard of them breaking. The jury is still out on whether they are stronger than stockers. |
You actually send them your stockers and they do something with them. And as far as them braking at least the have a liftime warrenty try getting that at the dealers that usually cost more thatn Gorilla axle.
