there may be issues that no one wants to divulge at this time.
Bigger liability issues than those you'd normally expect which
have nothing to do with the waiver of liability that is signed when
entering the area.

I find it inconceivable anyone, anywhere could vote yes to the closure of
any riding area, anywhere.

Plus look on the brighter side. Area towns have a good place to dump trash now with the giant sink holes..

It's not that I'm for any riding area or trail getting closed. It's all about private landowner rights. As much as I hate it a person has the right to close a trail going through his/her property if they want to. They don't even have to tell us why in my book. That's why I wondered about a bunch of enthusiasts getting together and pooling moneys needed to buy a section of dunes. Guess it would cost more than I had thought.
