It was such a beautiful day I just had to go for another ride. :D

From my place I headed up the Max Reid Trail.

It's one of the more popular trails here.

The Paiute Trail Committee, a non-profit organization has put 21 of these picnic tables out long the trails.
With 5 more on order it comes to a total of almost $15,000.00 including the sakrete and chains to keep them in place.
The Committee also donates 100s of man hours every year working on these types of projects.

From there I headed for trail #1095, Upper Deer Creek Canyon. It even starts out fun.

The trail is off camber in a few places which keeps a lot of people from riding it. Its also one of the few trails
not maintained by the Forest Service which makes it a little more fun than most of the other trails.

Its just a fun trail. :D

This is the end, only 2.2 miles long.
From my door step to the end of the trail and back home, 27.5 miles.

Off camber trails are usually good trails but they still give me the willies. Beautiful looking weather.

Jealous, you guys have some great riding out west. Great pics op, thanks.

I wish we had a great trail system nearby like that. I'm trying to imagine tackling that on my Grizzly. I think its probably more "tippy" than your Brute Force is. I can imagine myself literally almost off the seat on the right making sure it doesn't flip over. The newer 700 models have a wider stance which probably makes these type of trails a little less unnerving.

Its not quite as bad as it looks but then it feels worse than it looks.

I know it would give my wife the willies:D

If I was on a trail and a section of it was that far off camber and there was nowhere else to go, I'd put on my big boy pants, stand of one floorboard, and carefully go through it. Maybe it wouldn't be as bad riding with one tire on the edge of the trail instead of in the rut.

Its one of my favorite trails. :D And I really don't like off camber either but I'v been across it enough I know I'm not going to tip over.
