Default Timber Trailer Crane Build

Upgraded my timber trailer for the ATV.

Let's hope it serves me well in the future.

Nice! I use my Arctic Cats in the woods, but I only cut firewood. I drag the logs with a "log arch" Then cut to length and split by hand at the "yard" Then I haul out on my ATV trailer. Getting an Arctic Cat 700 diesel model next week, we'll see if it pulls better than the 500 gas AC. I use my AC 400 to haul the logs out with the log arch to the yard.

Nice sturdy looking trailer. I guess about 4-5 large logs is your limit but that's probably reaching the limit of what your atv can tow safely anyway. I like the old saying of work smarter not harder. Let the crane do all the heavy lifting.

LMAO . . and someone told me I couldn't use an ATV to skid logs and here you are, going way beyond what I had in mind. Nice work.
