Don't order from Bike Bandit!

Just though I’d warn everybody about my poor experience ordering a battery from Bike Bandit.

I ordered a replacement battery for my ATV 10 weeks ago.
There is nothing wrong with the old battery it’s just 5 years old, and in fact it is still in the machine and working fine.

I received the Bike Master battery from Bike Bandit a week later.
I filled and charged the battery per their instructions, checked the voltage, and then installed it in my ATV.

Two weeks later when I went to ride, the battery was dead!!
Further testing revealed the battery would no longer take a charge.

I called Bike Bandit and they agreed to send a replacement battery, saying it would ship in a week.

Four weeks later I called them to inquire where my replacement battery was, and I was told they were out of stock and they did not know when they would be able to ship.

I asked for a refund and was told they would only offer store credit.
After complaining that this was not acceptable they “found” a replacement battery in another warehouse.

I was told they would ship in a week. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I still have no battery.

When I contacted them today and they said it would be another 4-9 days before they would have the battery in stock to ship to me.

Do yourself a favor; buy your parts from someone other than Bike Bandit.

Regards, Tom

Ordered something from them for my bike. Website showed item to be in stock, but turned out it wasn't. Fortunately, I used my credit card and told them to cancel the order. Had no problems with them doing so and reversing the charges on the card.

Still, in stock to me means they have it there. Not some warehouse in china.

Rocky Mountain ATV is my favorite place to shop. They have great shipping, and awesome customer service.

Sorry to hear that! I have always had good luck with them but you can try Cheap Cycle Parts for future purchases! They are good as well.

I have ordered from Bike Bandit several times in the past with no problems. This time they treated me terribly. Just because the part they sent was defective, gives them no right to hold my money hostage, if they don't have a replacement part to send! Giving me store credit was totally unacceptable if they don't have the part I need. Never will I deal with them again! Thanks for all of the alternative supplier recommendations everybody!!

One further note, don't believe the product reviews of Bike Bandit parts. I gave a bad review for the battery, and they didn't post it.
