Depends what you want to do with it. Coming from a 660 I'm going to assume you don't want to step down in power. So...you get these two choices and I''m not going to go into to much detail. Pick one.
700Raptor if you want low end lug power for trails. Lots of torque blah, blah, blah.. Do a search you'll find tons on it.
or
450. Power made up top, likes to rev. Better if you like to ride hard, yackity blah blah.. Do a search you'll find tons on it.

I would get the YFZ 450 with no questions asked. My buddy has one right now and it beat my friends 660 rapter that had an HMF, jet kit, and i dont even know what else. lol all i know was the YFZ was stock and it smoked him in their race and would do it again.
ALSO an extremely high performance quad would be the polaris outlaw 525, im just not too big of a fan for polaris though seeing that they cant make it out of a trail without a rope hooked to the front end. lol just my 2 cents
