Can't decide
I'm trying to decide whether to buy a yamaha raptor 350 or a honda trx400 I do mostly trail riding and the atv I have now is a 2005 honda rancher I need the one with the best reliability and not too expensive
One of my friends had a Raptor 350 before he traded for a 700. It was a good quad but I guess it wasn't fast enough for him. I don't know anyone who rides a Honda but they're supposed to be good too.

I own a honda 400ex, when I bought it I soon realized it needed a rebuild but only because the previuos owner. In my experiences I have heard very good things about them, and I think they are a blast to ride, like any other quad I think it would be very reliable if maintained properly so I say the honda for all the GOOD things ive heard about them

I HAVE 400ex very realible and goes pretty fast.
I would say Their both great Wheelers the 350a been around since 87 and are proven to be very dependable I have a Warrior which is basically a raptor just different plastics overall what ever you chose you'll have a great Wheeler

good point
good point yamaha are very good wheelers and run strong
we'll at least he I choosing between the two most reliable sport ATVs made btw the suspension on the front of the ex is considerably better then the raptor\Warrior I hear
ya but raptor/warrior has a better rear shock because they have a resivore unlike 400ex that has just a regular shock but thats all i need.
Yeah might be but im not sure if the ex has a bigger shock chamber and might not need a resivore
